The ecommerce store has a strong customer service reputation as evidenced on Trust Pilot, where it sits within the top three ecommerce providers in the UK in its category.
With the ongoing evolution of its ecommerce platform, the business felt the time was right to review all its marketing activities and plan for the period ahead. Providing an outsourced “marketing director” service, Robertson Collaborate developed a full strategic marketing plan for the business building on the firm’s current marketing approach.
