The business founder, a confidential client, approached Robertson Collaborate in early summer 2016. With their rich and in-depth experience of this technology B2B sector, the client had identified an opportunity to enter the marketplace and offer businesses in the UK and beyond a better and more cost-effective solution. Their service was to be offered through a digital platform and Robertson Collaborate provided an outsourced “marketing director” service and created a marketing strategy. The strategy focused heavily on digital marketing required pre- and post-launch and recommendations were laid out in a 12-month action plan.
The client is an advocate of Bill Aulet’s programme “Disciplined Entrepreneurship: 24 Steps to a Successful Startup”, which breaks down into six key areas:
